Our training techniques can be applied to all age groups and skill levels — from the 5-year old fledgling basketball player to the highly advanced professional athlete. We have group training programs for the offseason and programs that compliment in-season activity. Group sessions are typically 60 minutes long and involve 1-2 coaches and 6-12 athletes.

Young Stars

Recommended Ages: 6-10

Beginner

 

Ball-handling, Shooting, and Fundamental footwork concepts and Court Geography.

Young stars will learn court geography, basic ball handling, shooting, and fundamental footwork concepts. Developing these concepts as a young star will motivate your player and encourage confidence in your player's game.

*Player needs to be able to dribble a basketball and get the ball to the basket.*

Drills for Skills

Recommended Ages: 11-13

Intermediate

Fundamentally Sound Basketball Player, but looking to learn new footwork and ball-handling concepts.

Drills for Skills players will learn advanced footwork, ball handling, moves to the basket, speed, and agility in a competitive environment. Drills for Skills will push players to challenge themselves to become more fundamentally sound players while developing a higher basketball IQ.

Shooting and Ball Handling

Recommended Ages: 13 and up

Advance

Players are looking to learn advanced footwork, ball-handling concepts and create their own shots.

This program teaches advanced ball-handling skills using overload and contrast techniques to prepare players for higher levels of basketball. Also, players will shoot high-volume repetitions at game speed while learning proper footwork to create space. These workouts will emphasize players' ability to create their own shots.
